Where can I purchase a Swiftcall phone card? |

Swiftcall cards are widely available. You will see our signs and posters in many high street shops such as WH Smiths or the Post Office. You will also find them in many newsagents and Universities.

Can I use my Swiftcall Phonecard from abroad? |

Certainly. Swifty Card and Swift Nippon support Roaming service. You can make calls from abroad with Swifty Card and Swift Nippon. Calls can be made from Japan, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, USA, Holland and Ireland.

Are there any additional charges I must pay to use my Swiftcall phone card? |

There are some additional charges that apply when using Swiftcall cards. These do vary depending on the type of Swiftcall card you are using:
Mr. Swifty- A surcharge of 15p per minute will apply when accessing the card from a pay phone. Gorilla - A surcharge of 15p per minute will apply when accessing the card from a pay phone. Polar - A surcharge of 15p per minute will apply when accessing the card from a pay phone. You will also pay 6p per minute for accessing the 0800 number on the back of the card. SoLo - A surcharge of 15p per minute will apply when accessing the card from pay phone. You will also pay 6p per minute if you choose to access your card using the free phone access number. Connection charges also apply to this particular card. Please check the in-store poster for a complete price list. Swift Nippon - A surcharge of 15p per minute will apply when accessing the card from pay phone.

Can I access my Swiftcall phone card from my mobile phone? |

Yes. You can access your Swiftcall card from your mobile telephone. We do advise you to contact your mobile phone operator first, as they may charge you for accessing our free phone telephone numbers.

Can I call a local or national low-cost number (e.g. 0845,0345) or premium number (e.g. 0990) on my card? |

These numbers cannot be accessed through the Swiftcall network. Swiftcall is unable to provide a service to non-geographical numbers. Our charge would be much higher than BT's.

My Swiftcall card has expired - what's happened? |
 |
 |
All Swiftcall cards have an expiry date printed on the bottom left hand corner. It will state "card expires 90 days after first use, or by **/**/**(an alternative date will be printed) whichever is the sooner". Once a card has exceeded it's expiry date it cannot be re-activated or any remaining credit cannot be refunded.

Can I get a call summary to show calls I made on my Swiftcall card? |

Swiftcall endeavors to provide a fault free service for all our customers.
